A more user-friendly and accessible customer portal UX/UI

As part of its digital transformation process, we comprehensively redesigned the customer portal of one of the most prominent ALyC in the region.

Customer

Nasini is a Clearing and Settlement Agent (ALyC) with more than 60 years of experience in the investment and personalized advisory sector. They have a team of professionals from various areas united, motivated and challenged by the dynamic capital market.

Problem

SMEs and users who wish to invest had a portal to check transactions and account summaries, similar to a home banking focused on assets. The main objective was to update the portal to make it more user-friendly and accessible to new users.



Approach and Challenges

The project began with a discovery stage where we jointly defined the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

  • Data Integration: We implemented robust practices to ensure that customer information would be displayed in real-time and accurately.
  • Responsive Design: We ensured an optimal experience on mobile and desktop devices.
  • Brand Identity: We worked closely with Nasini to faithfully reflect their brand identity in the new design.
  • Change Management: We developed a change management plan in conjunction with the client, facilitating a smooth transition to the new system and minimizing disruptions.

Result

This first stage of the project brought the company a series of significant changes in relation to its objective of improving the experience in the use of its portal, both for the end user and for administrators through a renewed back office.

Among the new features for the user are:

  • Home Dashboard: An intuitive main dashboard that provides an overview of accounts.
  • Account Summary: Clear and detailed display of the status of the user’s account.
  • Account Activity: Listing and filtering of all transactions made.
  • Account Profitability: Accurate information on the performance of investments.
  • Profitability Report: Generation and download of detailed profitability reports.

The following new features stand out:

  • Display of a list of associated accounts to select and consult information.
  • WhatsApp link for direct contact with a commercial advisor.
  • Access to quotes for different currencies updated periodically.
  • Display of the total account in Argentine pesos and its estimated value in MEP dollars.
  • Information on available money and asset valuation, grouped by quote currency.
  • Charts showing the distribution of investments by type of security and quote currency.
  • Details of the account’s profitability and generation of profitability reports in PDF format.
  • Download of account summaries and filtered transactions.
